We’re recruiting experienced Wet Traders to join a well-established social housing contractor working on a disrepair contract across Harrow & Uxbridge areas. 

The Role:

You’ll carry out a range of plastering, tiling, and painting works in occupied properties as part of a dedicated disrepair team.

What’s on offer:

• £21.40 per hour (CIS) – paid weekly

   

• 42.5 hours per week | Monday-Friday

   

• Temp to perm opportunity

   

• Van, fuel card, uniform & PDA provided

   

• Fully stocked van

Requirements:

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or Painting or Tiling 

   

• Full UK driving licence

   

• Solid experience in social housing or similar environments
